The commonwealth should do nothing to implement it even if the supreme court rules for it. It is clearly unconstitutional, and more so immoral. The commonwealth should simply decide not to implement it and arrest any federal government agent or remove federal sitting judges if they try to move forward. If fact, the commonwealth should nullify it an ignore the courts. Ruling on this case is an overstep of constitutional power.
