This is NOT as amazing as it seems. Charlemagne, aka Charles the Great, had at least 18 known children, and probably 25+ unclaimed bastard children, half of which lived to have children, and about 1/4 of all Europeans in northern Spain, France, Netherland, central & Northern Italy, Germany , Western Poland, ARE ALL descendants of 6 foot 4 inch Charles the Great.
